SaaS Growth Hacker

At Playtomic we’re passionate about changing the sport´s industry and we are looking for a great Growth Hacker with relevant experience in SaaS/B2B inbound marketing to help us fulfil our growth objectives. Playtomic is a SaaS enabled marketplace, and you will play a pivotal role in growing the SaaS part of the equation.


If you are experienced enough and ready to take full responsibility of our marketing strategies including B2B lead generation strategy, pirate metrics, social media, and other agile acquisition processes and tools, we would love to meet you.


  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, etc.)
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive sport clubs acquisitions
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead generation processes through email, content, social channels and other growth hacking techniques
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas

Requirements

  • Relevant and provable experience in B2B/SaaS growth for at least 3 years in a tech-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Data driven and research oriented
  • Proficiency in marketing automation
  • Any kind of sport management experience is a plus
