Playtomic is the leader in sport reservations in Spain. We work with both players and sport venues to create the best SaaS enabled sport marketplace in Europe.


We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This person needs to be a customer-obsessed builder, a strategic thinker who knows how to execute and deliver. The product team works closely with businesses, UX design and software development teams to design, develop and manage products and services from product definition and planning through production, release and improvement. 


You'll be part of a fast moving agile team helping us to deploy and manage innovative products in the exciting sports industry. 


Your responsibilities:


Identify needs of customers, bring the insights into a highly agile team.

Spread a user-centered design mindset and work closely with researchers, business managers, content strategists, product managers, product analysts, engineers and designers from across the company.

Manage inputs from multiple stakeholders, always orienting yourself to the concrete needs of our clients and customers.

Support initiatives throughout their project lifecycle and work with the agile development team on a day to day basis to fine tune user stories and requirements to deliver customer value through our products and services.

Work with a highly agile, cross-functional team of extraordinary developers, product managers and product designers who love getting into the details, solving hard problems, and having a great time while doing it.

Well-versed in product & potentially design thinking with experience in user journey mapping, heuristic evaluation.

Fluent in Spanish and English with a deep understanding of users, culture and competitors.

Eager to take initiative and full ownership of your work. You are responsible for every last detail, from the first concept draft to the final execution.

Experienced in working together with an engineering team in an agile environment.

Proficient at solving business problems by facilitating a user-centric design process and solid thinking around functionality.

Must have:


  • At least 2 years of proven Product management experience in B2C product development  
  • Technical Web applications awareness (HTML, APIs) in order to effectively manage features and product roadmap.
  • Experience with Agile Development methods.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through research, data and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills. You know how to lead by example.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English, additional languages would be very welcome.
